Overview

Education Equals Hope - Without it, an individual can be trapped in poverty for a lifetime. The Daymar Foundation helps students get the education they need to reach their full potential. And through various GED programs and higher education opportunities, The Daymar Foundation helps students learn the skills required, to obtain the careers they need, to have the lives they want.

Shrink Poverty by Expanding Knowledge -Your gift can pay for school tuition, the GED testing fee, books and fees, help students remain in school by getting them through a road block, or by offering specific educational programming. You’ll offer eager students a door to education – and hope for a brighter future.

Businesses, industries, or individuals may have items that are no longer useful for their need; however, The Foundation may have educational institutions that can put those items to good use in their training and/or classrooms. You may contact The Foundation, inform us of the equipment you are ready to donate, and we can pick up the equipment and get you a receipt for the fair market value of the donation, which you may use for tax purposes.

Annual Giving

You can pledge your annual giving, and spread your donation out over a five year period if you desire. To set up this kind pledge of donation, contact us.

Memorial Gift

Do you wish to honor a loved one by donating in their memory? You can do that by contacting us of your wishes and we can take it from there. By listing your wishes in the obituary, you can give your family and friends an easy and useful way in which to honor your loved one. Donations over $250.00 will have their loved ones names engraved on the memorial plaque, housed in the Daymar Foundation offices.

Sponsorship Gift

If you or your company is interested in sponsoring a Foundation event, contact us. We are looking for sponsors for the annual appreciation dinner, golf scramble, and other events.

Volunteer Time

Are you interested in donating time to help us, help individuals reach their higher education dreams? You can do that by contacting us to learn of where we need help to carry out our mission. We will have a job for you!

Foundation Wish List

We have classrooms (K-Post-Secondary) across the country needing additional supplies for their students in the classroom. Below is a list of supplies that have been requested from us to help educational institutions be more successful. If you want to control exactly how you’re funding is used, take a look at this list, purchase your items, and get them to our office. We will make sure your supplies are given to a classroom and/or instructor requesting the item(s).
